Vanguard® Law Group, LLP, is a transactional law boutique focused on business and real estate transactions and related tax matters. The Vanguard® team does not litigate disputes, but rather prevents them. Focusing on the long-term quality, and not the quantity, of our client relationships, Vanguard® lawyers are prominent service-oriented counselors devoted to growing their clients' businesses, serving their clients' goals, and closing their clients' deals. Vanguard® emphasizes "preventative law" and a pro-active approach to identifying and satisfying its clients' needs. Vanguard® attorneys have closed billions of dollars worth of deals for clients ranging from large public companies to small startup ventures. They are steeped not only in the substantive law, but also in their clients' businesses and industries. Although Vanguard® is selective in accepting clients, the nature of the firm's client base is diverse. Many clients consult the firm regularly as to all aspects of their businesses, while others retain the firm on a transaction-by-transaction basis. Vanguard® Law Group, LLP is unique in many ways, including its priorities. We believe that we are part of a profession, not a business. So, our Number 1 priority is the long-term success of our clients (not our firm's revenues). We provide each client with an intimate, honest, and intensive attorney-client experience, affording the client at least one relationship where the client can hear and share honest and direct communication in strict confidence. At the same time, we strive to maintain the highest level of ethics, not only for ourselves, but for our clients as well.
